Defining and Treating Pre-Aging With a Novel Multi-Functional Cosmetic Peptide, Acetyl Dipeptide-31 Amide

This work defines the area of “pre-aging” through review of decades of research on the various mechanisms behind the earliest signs of aging and how that is clinically reflected in the patient’s experience. Armed with this knowledge, the authors reflect on how we can best intervene to take a proactive approach in hopes of delaying or mitigating the aging progression by improving the skin’s quality and health.
