Adults and children 18 years and older: Rinse with 10 mL twice a day after brushing. Rinse around teeth and gums for 60 seconds, then spit out. Do not dilute, swallow, or drink from the bottle.

• Do not use in the event of:

  • An allergic reaction to any of the ingredients

  • History of kidney stones or kidney disease

  • Celiac disease, inflammatory bowel disease (ulcerative colitis or Crohn's disease)

  • Chronic pancreatitis

  • Intestinal or weight loss surgery

  • Stomach or intestinal problems involving nutrient absorption

• This product may increase the risk of kidney stones if high doses of Vitamin C are taken (1,000 mg or more per day)

• Keep out of reach of children. Not allowed for use by children under the age of 18

• Call a Poison Control Centre or get medical help immediately if swallowed

• Store between 15°C and 30°C

• Do not use if security band around cap is missing or broken
